Why? I've seen it done plenty. I've even seen them signal to follow.

 

Well I saw this guy following 4 chips on bikes,thought he was one of them unmarked.They had passed me.A little up the road they were all off to the side of the road and one of the cops had had his ticket book out talking to the guy that was following.
Just thought it was not a good idea.

 

Well, I guess its like anything else. Some of them are diks, some are cool.
