Smile Roll bag for Boyfriend, need help

Hello, I just became a member here cuz I need help! I am buying a roll bag for my boyfriends birthday but not sure what will work. This is the one i'm leaning towards http://motorcycle-luggage.com/Mercha...roduct_Count=5

he has a dyna wide glyde, don't remember the year though. Will this bag velcro onto the sissy bar? Is it actually 12 pounds? Cuz I know he doesn't like putting anything too heavy on the back. Is this bag even meant for a sissy bar mount, because if its a hard top, when it opens, won't it hit the sissy bar? Probably stupid questions, but I just want to make sure I get a good roll bag. Last year I got him a big touring bag by Kuryakyn so I'm thinking i'd like to stick with that brand so hopefully they can be used together if needed. One thing I really liked about this bag was the retractable lock so he can lock it right to his bike. Any thoughts? Or recomendations? Thank you!

The bag you have chosen looks to be for mounting to the top of a tour pack.

Look up T-Bags or Kuryakan brand bags.

The Lone Star T-Bag fits a rider back rest and he should like it.

You might also look at Saddleman bags.. Shop at Dennis Kirk .com

Good luck

When in doubt, a gift card always works...that way he can buy the one he wants.

Default Thank you

Ha ha, yes I am a female! We've only been together 2 1/2 years so I don't think we are at the gift card stage yet, rather get something on my own, more thoughtful and we can always return it lol. Or is that not how men think? Would he rather shop on his own for a bag??? oh crap... I did look at saddlemen , how about this one? http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produc...afCatId=&mmyId=
Thanks for the help

Well, a picture would go a long way towards proving that.
