I never did untill last year when i went on a 9 hr ride, with my new bigshots when i got home it took me two days to hear normal, i went as far as getting custom ones made, made same ride last month and wow what a difference, no wind or blasting made ride alot more enjoyable, you young guys will pay dearly down the road,

 

Should wear them , but don`t . Need to start specially on long highway runs , for the wind noise !

 

Hell yah. Plugs or ipod with inner plugs when I remember. Sucking your ear drums in just doesn't do it good enough. I want to hear music, speach, movies, etc. in another 10 - 15 years. And permanent ringing must suck. How macho is that? If every gun range requires it, and you believe that and practice it there, why wouldn't you think it makes sense on a loud bike? This is not the same as helmets. Helmet or not + accident = ??? Decibels + time = damage.

 

Never have tried any and don't see why I would.

 

Don't need them for my slip fits, they arn't loud enough!

 

Don't wear without helmet. Seriously thinking about starting when I wear helmet though. Depends alot on helmet to.

years saying, "Huh? What was that?".
