If i walked up on someone sitting on my bike They wouldn't be there long. Now if you were someone that I knew and you asked then I would have zero problems with it. A stranger NO WAY.

the thought has never crossed my mind. i have only sit on one other scoot other than mine and it was a guy i consider my brother, and he insisted.......i would never ask and not really sure how i would react if someone i didnt know asked me. to be honest i would more than likely say no.

if i walked up and someone was sitting on my scoot, probably not gonna be a good day for that dude.........

Obviously i wont just climb on his bike without permission lol, good way to get a bat to the face im betting!

So what do you do? Or do you just admire it from far, and keep walking?

A few examples of what i was thinking would be if i saw another heritage with apes, id love to see how they feel! Also if i saw a different seat, or especially a riders backrest. Id love to see how it feels when sitting on it.

So do i leave a note like "hey buzz me when your taking off" or just forget it?

And now im thinking about it, i think if i returned to my bike and found someone whos been waiting there for 2hrs and he pops up happily and says "yo bro mind if i sit on your bike?" id probably kick him in the face and ride off lol

Im all about "look but dont touch" because thats how i feel about my own bike. But what about those special situations when youd really like to touch? what have you done in the past?
Just feel free to sit on any bike out there. It is a lifestyle and and a brotherhood. We will embrace you.

You're still missing the point. The definitive answer is NO. No notes. No asking. Just NO. The only exception is if the person that owns the bike is a good, personal friend of yours. These guys that are telling you it's ok are either joking with you, clueless or high. Believe me.

That would be okay but she better put a rag on the seat first.

Are you going to your first big bike fest with this guy? "...across the intersection sat a dude on his bike with his leg hiked up and all his junk hanging out..."
