a lot of those guys on scooters have lost their license because of a DUI.

yeah ... I wave ... I feel sorry for them in a way, but at least they are out there on two wheels enjoying themselves!

 

I wave all the time at them. Do not judge anyone. Interesting that most do not wave back. Still wave unless safety overrules. We all started somewhere and hopefully most do not think them self too good.

 

I wave at 'em, I think they're a hoot. I've tried to get the wife to let me buy a couple for us to tool around the neighborhood, but she's more of a HD snob than I'll ever be. She has expressed an interest in one of those CanAm 3-wheeled thingies...

 

I wave at everyone, even Can Am Spyders. I especially like waving at sport bikers who seem to hesitate and react like, "WTF? Is this Harley rider waving at ME?!"

 

I'm so hardcore, I even wave to cars with one headlight.

 

I wave at people on riding mowers, and they always wave back.

A lot of them wave first too though...

You can chose to be a "brother" or a dick...it doesn't matter what you ride.

 

LoL, same here. I have almost all sport bike/cruiser riders that waves back, but scooters are like 1/10 that will wave. I don't think it's elitism, just ignorance to what the wave is about and/or they don't know if you are actually waving to them!

 

My waves have been shunned by every scooter rider over the years.
