Default National Geographic TV Special: Sturgis

If you get the National Geographic Channel on cable or satellite, you may want to check this out.

It's called "Hell on Wheels" and it covers Sturgis in 2005. It aired last night but will show again on 11/14 and 11/15 if you missed it

I was only able to catch a few minutes of it before I had to leave. Thanks for the heads up on when it will be on again. Looked interesting.

It was actually filmed at the 2004 Sturgis.

A couple I know from 2003 Sturgis was interviewed and appear in it. Don't get the NG channel though so have to wait for the video.

I stand corrected, it was from 2004. The program copyright date was 2005.

It looks like a freak-in blast

If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's been on a couple times. Very good show. The Wall of Death looks pretty cool, lot of interesting things going on. People and bikers from all walks of life, tats/peircings, etc. I just wish they'd actually show some of the darker side of Sturgis, if it's going to be a true documentary they need to cover all sides, not just make a promotional video for HD and Sturgis.

Wolf, Miss Buffalo Chip tho...whooeeee
