Default Mesh Jacket

With temperatures pushing 100 degrees lately I'm thinking about a mesh jacket. Anybody using anything they like and would recommend?

I use one of the HD ones. Still kind of toasty at the stop lights but very comfortable when moving. Also have the H20 hydration pads to help keep cool as well.

I have an HD Switchback jacket and love it. It's quick and easy to unzip the outer shell and have a mesh jacket for the hot days. As stated previously, a little warm when caught at lights but when moving the breeze shoots right through. Mine doesn't have any hydration system but does have the elbow and shoulder armor.

Olympia Air max high vis yellow mesh jacket but I like the HD high vis Orange mesh jacket too. I have mesh ridding pants that are like ridding in the buff too.

Thanks to our great internet service I ended up with a double post, mesh is the stuff that makes hot humid days ridding days.

Friend of mine was recently rear ended, knocked off his bike, out cold, woke up in the hospital. He was wearing his "perfs" as he called them. Full set of perforated riding gear and full face Shuberth helmet. He said he was slowing to make a right hand turn into a parking lot, when an SUV rear ended him. The SUV kept going...hit and run. Witnesses got a description but no license plate #. Anyway, my friend spent a few days in the hospital, banged up, but came out ok. He had nothing but praise for the gear he was wearing. His helmet was ruined, bike was totaled. And thanks to the "perfs" he suffered no road rash, just some bruising. I used to think he was nuts for wearing all that gear in the hot months but not anymore.

Vanson Vent Max going on 6 years. They have a new revised model now.

The only Vanson product I would buy.
