Yep, Happened to me when I had my Yamaha. They dropped the bike and would not fess up at first. They told me I had a Gasket leakage issue.

When I questioned them more, told me they dropped the bike and cracked the transmission case and had to order a new one. Told me it would be 4-6 weeks.

Told then fine, then pay for my rental bike or car until you have my bike repaired. They decided that would be too expensive for them so they took one off the bike on the floor model and used it to replace mine. But they were never forth comming

I agree anyone would be upset but its just a friggin cycle some of you guys act like these things are pieces of china, the way you handle it will make a diff down the road

why ?? they are fixing the mistake and from what i can tell he isn't missing any riding time over it..
