Default Anyone have Performance Machine Contour grips?

I have them on my Softail, the ones with the Renthal rubber grip, and they are plum worn out. Anyone replaced the rubber portion? I heard they have replacement rubber inserts for 'em but can't find them sumbitches.

How big of a hassle is it to replace them, they seem like they're stretched pretty tight. Just lube up your rubbers and slide 'em on?

Haven't had to replace the rubber on mine yet, but I am pretty curious how easy/hard it is to do. Let us know.
