I think the Rocker would look better if
Hey guys
I personally feel the biggest problem with the rocker is it's rear fender. I know heaps of people love it, and that's the look HD was going for, but look at the pic below, do you think it looks better or worse? Discuss

I like the stock rear fender and mount on my Rocker C.
If changing it out, I'd fab up a longer fender than that one down to about even with the axle and run chrome supports from the swing-arm out to it.
I have a spare rear fender I got off ebay just in case...

OK--gonna avoid my usual wise-*** rant about sumpin' I don't like & try & be constructive. The problem with the Rocker are the same problems with the Deuce--Rear fender is hideous, and the TANK is TOO LONG for the rest of the bike. But yes, that one DOES look beter than stock. See--even I can be nice sometimes. I think my Paxil is kickin' in!
And, why the hell did they ever decide to call it the "Rocker"? Is it meant for old men sittin' on the front porch??

IMO, the problem I see with the rocker is not a sigle item like the fender or the tank, it is the way they all work together. The lines on the rocker flow horribly. That heartland kit deffinately improves the lines.

I love the original rear fender - which is why I'm about to buy one. The only problem I foresee is the lack of 2-up and long-trip storage options but the touring setup should be fine.
