I'm careful to get the back of my neck as well. I'm getting to the age where I need to go for a skin cancer screening.

I use the Coppertone Sport SPF 50 as well. Put it on my face, next, and arms. Works great!

At 60, my nose has been badly burned more times than I care to remember. I try to use the strongest sunblock as much as possible but I usually just hop on the bike and forget that I need the protection. My nose takes longer and longer to heal these days and my doctor says I'm at high risk of developing skin cancer due to my neglect. My recommendation to you younger guys is to take skin protection seriously.

Thanks guys. I'll look for some Coppertone or Neutrogena. I'll pass on the glasses with the nose gimmick though.

+1 on the bandana. if you're too fussy for sunscreen, it's about the only other solution.

Yeah you really got to watch burning those thin-skinned areas on the face and scalp. Great way to contract the big C. Doesn't matter what you use as long as you cover and protect it. Better to look a little odd than have to get a cancer spot removed, or worse.

sunblock sucks,, who want's so smear that greazy **** on their face

i wear these, if i'm on my scoot, it's on period. it also covers the front & rear of the neck, something a bandana doesn't do

Banana Boat makes a good SPF50 greaseless spray, similar to the Nutrogena. It's waterproof also.
