honestly, I think it's great. As I've said before, I won't buy a 96 or larger air cooled HD engine. I would bet completely on board and interested in buying a new kind of HD, AMERICAN made engine.

LOL!

Ditto for throttle by wire, ABS, EFI and more. The faithful will kick and scream for a while, but they'll eventually cave and buy the bikes. Happens all the time.

water or liquid cooled is the rumor but.. I'm betting we won't see a liquid cooled harley other than the v rod for quite sometime yet.. I won't say never.. but not anytime soon..

The heavy rain we're getting in northern Illinois is providing all the liquid cooling I need.

Test rode a V-Rod Muscle and like the power and speed that it had. Now If Harley could translate that into a touring bike, I think it would be awesome. Think about it. Right off the showroom floor, a bike in which you don't have to make hardly any changes to. You'd have unlimited horse power and torque.....

I agree. The V-Rod mill would be ideal for a touring bike. Only thing is would HD want to associate this motor with its classic styled bikes?
