I've contacted the shop but they still haven't made another one, this was a one off seat they made. So finally after roughly 6 months of waiting and calling I decided to post here and hopefully someone can help. It looks like a rigid mounted spring style seat.

Thanks for the relpies. I'm looking more so for the setup then the actual seat. The websites are all for spring seats.
