Default Can Am Spyder Knock-off?

Of course you cant believe everything that your Dealer tells you, but have any of you heard of HD producing a model that is similar to the Can Am Spyder that will have two front wheels and single rear? I was told today that it is in the works. He also said the liquid cooled touring model is coming.

Leave the liquid on the v-rod! The spyder in the dumbest thing I ever saw. The only reason I cant hate trikes is my uncle has one . If you need a rig with 3 wheels get a hack on a bagger. Just my opinion on the subject , not trying to offend any one.

Was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this... Would I trade my WG for one? Hell no I would not but I think the spyder is appealing to some riders.

I have not heard this but want to point out that the Can-Am is really a knock off of the "T-Rex" only not as exciting.

My wife wants a three wheeler for herself and I think the Can Am is the best, easiest to ride and safest option. The problem is she is a Harley women all the way and will not even consider one. I would welcome one from Harley. The guys in Milwaukee need to think outside the box!

Keep the rumors flowing.

Right after I posted the above thread it hit me where this is probably coming from.

V13R

I saw one in Daytona first and a guy rode one into Rolling Thunder in DC a few weeks ago.

These have a V-Rod motor and sound AWESOME!!!!

Maybe Harley will work a deal to sell them? That would be sweet.

I agree that thinking outside the box and new bikes is the way to go

Kind of neat looking ride. Stick a V-8 in it, widen the rear end, move the rear wheel to the left side. Put another wheel on the right and they may have something.

It was reported that Harley was coming out with a Spyder type vehicle a couple of years back. Then I never heard it again.
