Thanks...looks like every state...oh well, just a matter of time before Fl does, Dept of Highway is pushing all states to inforce helment law, that doesn't already have it.

Maybe it's a good idea that you wear one. As is, you already have a tough time spelling "helmet".

Just make sure you wear one while traveling through "The Democratic People's Republic of New Jersey".....
DOT approved is required, most cops don't care or check as long as you got a lid on your head, but some do....that gamble is up to you.....

I'm on the CT / MA line, In CT no law. In MA they do have the law, so I wear my lid when heading into mass....
