Um, sorry but not right. Fat Boy Lo. Drain plug is on the inner primary.
I changed my outer primary to wrinkle black 6 months ago.

Depending on how fast it leaks, get you a couple of gallons of primary fluid and head it for Ocala, Fl. We can fix it out here in my garage.

+1 on the timeserts, while heli coil can and does work at times you will probably need to use a bigger plug and the threads tend to pull out after a while.

Timeserts will allow you to use the same size drain plug and is a more permanent fix.

Stop in Memphis. After we fix it we can go to Rendezvous and get a slab of ribs and a pitcher of beer.

That fix won't take more than 45 min to do.

And the dealer cannot void the warranty unless the plug coming out is the cause of warranty claim.

Not sure if he's still in business but try and find a number for Steve at Showbike customs in downtown Vegas. Good machinists and great guy. He put some new metal on a set of heads for me and you couldn't tell there had ever been a problem.

Well, it was my BIG *** mistake to NOT call the dealer as soon as I saw the leak. If I had not touched it..warranty covered. Service manager said it would come down to my "word" that I did not over tighten.

i drilled and tapped it to next size up...
went to lowes and got a larger stainless plug....
wrapped new plug with teflon tape...
