RE: anybody with motorcycle raceing experience??
I currently run a drag-race team. We have an 11.5 second Buell and a 10.25 second street legal (no juice, no wheeliebar, street legal tires) "Hot Street" sporty with a motor built by Carls Speed shop in Daytona.Raced AHDRA. Prior to retirement I ran a similar team that raced a GSXR750 Suzuki that was confiscated from a drug dealer and a 6.75 second car tire Suzuki. Both teams are incorporated as police sponsored, 501(c)(3) non profit anti drug programs... Makes for a great hobby. Attached photo is Carmella DeCesare, the 2004 Playmate of the year, sitting on the sporty at Norwalk Raceway Park.. and a picture of the Buell before we put the wheelie bar on it..

I've been racing motocross since I was 14. Don't get to race as much anymore but I still hit pratice days at the track whenever I can.

I raced in the dirt back in the 60's. Just my opinion but off road racing experience should be required for anyone that rides on the street. Best thing I ever did and probably one of the most fun things I ever did.
