If you trust your doctor, I would listen to his or her advice. If you don't trust them, then that should not be your doctor.

 

had mine out june 17 2008 back riding aug 1 actually i cheated on doctors orders and rode on july 31. best therapy in the world. short trips first then longer trips. still have incontince issues at times. but live 2 ride and ride 2 live. good luck with everything
