Glad they are charging her with murder, her LEO mother just can't believe the murder charge because "she's not a bad kid" even though she got kicked out of her strip club job and has a serious drug problem according to friends and family. RIP Mr. McCain, looks like justice will be served this time.

I mean if it was a legit accident I would say she should not be charged, but from reading that, she needs to be locked up for life or at least a long long time.

 

Sounds like the LEOS need to have some accountability here too. a drunken 21 year girl escapes from her handcuffs and the back seat of a patrol car, gets back into her truck and drives off???? WTF?????? If they had done their jobs correctly she wouldnt have been able to kill the rider.

 

I have to agree with you on this. Her mom is a LEO so she might know a few tricks with the cuffs or ever have a key that she keeps on her Still in the window was rolled up she would have had a harder time getting out of the car.

This chick just sounds like trouble and looks how the night started out for her. She was let go by the stip club and then tried to run down the bouncer or whoever escorted her out, then was driving crazy. Hope she gets the max on this one
