Ever get your picture taken by strangers?

I ride by the Gateway Arch on my way to work, there were some kids on a field trip last week who ignored the arch temporarily to snap pictures of me and my FXDWG. Well at least I think it was of me, I guess it could have been the stock Taurus in front of me.

i hate to break it to you, but if you are out in public, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. you can be billy badass if you want and break the guys camera and face, but he can then get you for assault.
think of it this way, this time you saw the guy taking your picture. what about the other 99 times?

Gee, I guess I missed that memo - as did the 100+ Pagans we did a toy run with last year. Not that I'm in the habit of taking pictures of strangers, but come on Dude, what's the big deal? Seriously, how were you or your "club" harmed by some guy taking your picture??
Ummm, you'd better find a better attorney because, my friend, when you're out in PUBLIC, anyone can legally take pictures, videos, or even oil paint you, if they want.
not a good thing to take a picture of faces and club colors without asking. its illegal among other things. unauthorized reproduction of a registered trademark.

Most 1% rules have been superseded by the lack of enforcement of this rule:
"a real 1%'r would have gone and taken the guys camera and punched him in the face..."
"I liked it better when they were scared of us......"

I was eating at a restaurant and came out to find a family of Indians (ruby, not feather), standing in front of my bike taking a picture. I didn't mind as long as they weren't sitting on it.

If you want to know what a photographer has a right to photograph take a look at this.
There is the old saying about being dead right. Just because they can legally do it doesn't make it smart.
