I've got Harley's LED Headlight 73391-10 and Aux Lights 73396-10. Last couple rides I've been on, I've noticed Condensation building up inside the glass.

It goes away when the bike gets parked in the garage, but you can see a little White-ish film starting to build up inside the glass which is just gonna get worse over time.

I'm gonna talk to the dealer on Tues, but I was just wondering if anyone else was having this problem with Harley's LED lights?

I did notice that Harley changed the part # for the lights to 73391-10A for the Headlight and 73396-10A for the Aux Lights. Not sure if the "A" denotes a new version or what.

For what these lights cost, I don't think they should be doing this.

The A denotes that they superseded the part number, meaning they've come out with a new version of the light. They shut down manufacturing of them for the past couple months, which is why they've been on backorder for so long. They've just released the new ones, but they don't tell anyone exactly what the issue was or what they changed.

I think it's because of the situation in japan and they're sourcing parts from alt supply

Had same problem. My dealer confirmed today that they are replacing my headlight under warranty. My Canadian dealer says the new A model part number is to address this problem

I have the same problem after I ride the bike for a while. I thought it was because of the Fl. humidity.

My auxiliary lights (non-LED) are doing the same thing. Does not make me a happy camper.

My Truck Lite LED Headlight doesn't have any problems with condensation. Maybe I should have gone with aftermarket Aux. lights too.

I just put a small bag of silica gel in each of my signal lights and a larger one in my tail light. This seems to help with the condensation.

Talked to the dealer, they claim they never heard of an issue with the LED's fogging up but they are gonna do some more checking.

Called Harley's customer service line, the girl I talked to said she had heard of some LED's having a problem but there wasn't a service bulletin on it. She said it was pretty much up to the dealer's discretion as to replacing them under warranty.

Gonna try to get it in today so the dealer can see the problem.
