With the mentality of some of these MC I wouldn’t be surprised if getting stopped doesn't motivate the MC's to aggravate the law dawgs. I know there’s an MC around here that does that.

Mabey it's just time to challenge the profiling by making patches common on EVERY rider.

This is bogus IMO, typical LEO that couldn't handle what he started and squealed for his buddies to come help in the harassment.


There was probably tons of drugs rolling by in a car as the moron leo's were wasting time playing with the boys on bikes.....perhaps the pack was just a distraction?....LOL....something my friends would pull.....hehehehe

 

Then the 3PP clubs would have to adopt a 4PP, they WANT to stand out and apart from the crowd.

 

The one way for this to cease, is for the M/C's to tie their money into REALLY GOOD lawyers, and just keep suing, until the PD is told to lay off.

The Hell's Angles, BTW, is a multi-million dollar corporation now.....they can very easily cause a legal nightmare for a PD if provoked.

In any PD, the Chief is appointed by the mayor, which means he is beholden to a politician, and thus is generally a politician himself to get the job. Politicians don't like legal entanglements. If enough legal pressure is brought to bear, the Mayor will tell the chief to have his boys back off.

In some areas you are seldom pulled over for Mickey Mouse stuff, even if you are in a group wearing full colors.

In other areas it happens too frequently, but the motorcycle community has a way of getting the word out to others about problem areas. Sure you can put legal pressure on a department if they seem to be stopping bikers more frequently than necessary so what do they end up doing. Might not 'pull you over' as often but just follow you like a shadow when you are in their jurisdiction... Not much difference..

It doesn't seem to be actual MC members that are pissing and moaning about these rinky-dink stops....

It's everybody else complaining...

Only way this crap stops is through the loss of city and county money from lawsuits.
