Like it or not, if you ever decide to intentionally kill or injure someone your weapon of choice will have a huge bearing on how you will be charged or punished. Had this person chose a different weapon, with all other facts remaining the same, he could in all probability be facing much harsher charges.

Intentionally shoot someone with a firearm and everyone wants your hide nailed to the Courthouse door. Justifiably so I might add. Intentionally run that same person down in a car and those same people will pass it off as just some sort of momentary rage that should not be punished so harshly.

A fact anyone considering offing someone should take into consideration when deciding on their weapon of choice.

Not gonna happen. He's just the average high school basket ball player, with an oh so bright future. The judge will probably listen to the expensive attorney, that daddy throws a half a million dollars at.
I believe we all know how the system works, don't we?

 

I'm more interested to see what civil lawsuits the rider throws on his ***.
Might not see a day in jail, but I bet he'll end up in debt to a court ordered payment for YEARS.

 

It's a shame this child doesn't understand the responsibility that comes with driving a motor vehicle.

 

That sadly puts him in the majority of drivers out there.....
