Well today, I put it all back together, I understand that the valve train will make alittle noise but this was definately excessive. I tightened my pushrods down 3 turns or 18 flats and it still had the same noise, after that I took the bike for a ride brought it back and adjusted one more time! This time the adjustment seemed to make a huge difference. I know your not supposed to adjust the pushrods warm but this seemed the only way I could do it and keep testing it! I think with maybe alittle more tweeking I might be able to get it where it should be!

When mine starts making noises, I just push my earplugs in a little further. Seriously... this works.

Why didn't you take it back to the builder? Let him listen to it. Are you running Screamin Eagle push rods? If so they are generally 3 1/2 turns.
