2007 compensator sprocket trouble??

I've heard the same thing on the '07s. But you can always upgrade to a screaming eagle compensator. Not a major job, and I wouldn't let it be a deal breaker. If it seems fine now, and he's not a real aggressive driver, then you should have no problems.

31,000 miles and just normal oil changes with no warranty issues or other. BIL has 25,000 on his with the same results. Some of the touring bikes had compensator problems but they solved them with the SE comp sprocket. Go for it.
