Picked up my enclosed trailer today
Before you jump on me for trailing. I have riden over 12,000 miles this summer and seldom use the trailer.
But a trailer comes in handy, and when i do trailer no road crap on my scoot, and you can just leave the bike in the trailer and it's high and dry. Could be used for winter storage.
Also good for many uses , like gettign lumber or stuff fo rthe house, etc.
It's a 5x10 with drop down tailgate/door, can carry 1500 pounds.

Nice trailer ,enclosed is the way to go if you can swing the cost. I bought a 6 by 12 earlier this year and it will make for great storage for the bike or a friends bike, good choice.

We only make fun of guys who trail their bike to Daytona, or the like, then park just out of town and ride in tike they did the whole trip! Wannabes. You sir are no wannabe. There is a time and a place for trailers as you explained.
I think it's great. If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for it? It looks brand new.
Congratulations.

RE: Picked up my enclosed trailer today
it was new but left over, list was $2200 got it for $2050 got $450 trade for my lil 4x8 flatbed so was $1600 out da door.
5 foot is minimum width you would buy encloded , just enough room to get off the bike and get beside it to tie it down.
But with my Ranger a 6 foot wide would prolly require moving the mirrors out
Ther drop down tailgate is great
