Although running a biker off the road is pathetic, I find it quite common vehicles speeding up to not let someone pass. Happened to me Monday on the freeway but I was in my truck. Cruising at 75 I came up to a slower moving vehicle, switched left 1 lane, and then the other car starts accelerating. I don't know why people do it but there's some real morons out there.
And it's not limited to cagers. I've had fellow bikers pull the same ****.

Wow what a dumb *** kid that is. I hope the throw the book at hime them beat him with it for a long time. The rider must have been passing slowly becasue the ZX1400 is a rocket ship and could have went around that car before the driver ever had time to think. Seems to me the rider did nothing wrong and the kid is just a huge D-dag with no regaurd for life.

Couldn't agree with you more Roadster. What pisses me off most about stuff like this is that the severity of the punishment often varies according to the type of person who was harmed. Run a biker off the road, slap of the wrist to the offender. Run a local icon of the community off the road, or a police officer or anyone else that "carries more weight" in the community and you can bet your *** that the punishment handed down by the judge will carry a much stiffer sentence. Sounds a lot like the ancient times of Hammurabi. Makes you wonder whether we've really made any advances in the last 4000 years when it comes to human decency.

Can someone close to the area please go stomp a mudhole in this guys ***? With our justice system not only will he walk away he probably wont lose his license for long. This should be a slam dunk attempted murder case but due to the fact that the man who was assaulted was on a bike the ******** will get away with it.
