The Throttlemate was on mine when I got it, but without the lever. Took me a while to figure what the heck it was. It works well enough , but I wouldn't use it other than on the freeway with low traffic.

Ive used a "brake away" lock and a vista cruise. Prefer the vista.

I have my throttle lock tightened just enough to stay in the position if I take my hand off / but yet loose enough for me to twist the throttle back and forth.
