Yea, I remember Hempstead refused to do warranty work on my '90 Softail Custom 'cause I bought it in NJ.
Used to play & hang out in a lot of clubs in the area-Rumbottoms,Speaks,Community Gardens,Timepiece Cafe, Matty T's,Hammerheads,etc. How about the Hamptons? There were some wild summers at Hot Dog Beach & the Boardy Barn & the Mad hatter.

Saw jackson Browne at My fathers Place before it and he were discovered. He did cuts from his first album "soak before using".
One could walk in hear good music and have a cold one with no crowds. Then the demise came when you could only get tickets at ticketmasters to get in

Phil is still there but it is now a Yamaha/Suzuki/Victor dealership. I go to Rolling Thunder when I need something rather than a dealership.
