So I got heated grips when I got my new Fatbob. Was told there under warranty, got fixed once, fine.
Fast forward 2 years. Put some apehangers on, heated grips don't work, HD say's no can fix or replace, no more warranty because you have new handlebars. I have a 7 year extended warranty, doesn't matter.
If they sold me the bars and did the work I,d be good to go.
So the Indy who did the work is going to take care of it on the HD 7 year warranty.
WTF. I don't get it.
So if I use a non HD wheel balancer and the wheel gets wobbly I'm hooped.

 

Think their just hacked off they didnt get the work and stickin it to ya. So get the indy to do it and just remember how your dealer treated ya ans spread the word.

BTW...Harley grips are crap. Mu bike is just over one year old and mine are broke.....for the second time. Just got the 7 year warranty so Harley is going to be buying me grips for a long time.
