I wasn't sure what I wanted until I sat on a few.
After I figured out that I wanted a Wide Glide I waited until my finanaces were together a little better and set a deadline. Found a nice used one that had some of the bells and whistles I wanted, and ended up beating my deadline by nearly 2 months. Of course, that means my finanaces weren't quite in line.. hehe
Still, have the bike I want.
If I had the money to buy a second bike, I'd get a street glide or RK.

Thought the SEs are up there, really no HD out of my price range. But I only got the 'Bob from its looks. Find out it handles pretty well too, and that is stock (minus the 180 in back).

If i really could aford it i would have 3, the Dyna i have, a softtail and a Untra classic for long trips [8D]

I know life is short and we always say get what you want, and what I wanted was an Ultra-Classic. The wife though told me it was an old man's bike. (Her words, not mine) I am getting to be an old man. Second choice, the classic old school looks of the Heritage Classic. So that's what I have.
My next ride, maybe when the '08's come out, will be the Ultra..........still will keep the Heritage.
