Ok I'm new to the whole Harley thing and am wondering what the deal is with not being able to wear certain clothes ie: patches, "rockers" (what ever that is), etc... is there a rule book I need to read or something? Just saying...

 

The rockers are the 1/2 circle patches that name the club and location on the back of a vest of a member of a MC club. You would not want to wear something like that unless you were a club member.
