yes. ride your motorcycle however and where ever you want and don't worry about what others have to say about it except for the stuff about not wearing things that look like MC (not RC - there's a diff) patches and support gear.

On the off chance that this is legit.
Bear, If you insist on playing dress up with a vest full of patches and trinkets, just don't wear one that claims territory (i.e. a state). Everything else will be overlooked/excused/ignored.
