True story from two weeks ago with Zanotti's. Went to the website to order a cruise control for my 04 EG and the price came up with "only" a 16% discount. So I emailed them, told them I was surprised it wasn't 20%, and they emailed me back explaining varying HD pricing, etc., but said I could have it for the 20%. Great huh? Well a couple of days later I went to the website to purchase the cruise and some other stuff and the cruise was at 20% off; they changed the price in the computer!!!

The shipping for single items seems relatively high; so it only takes a couple of weeks to identify the next "gotta have it" and now the single item shipping cost is not an issue.

 

M&M is the best I have tried. Mark is awesome and he is always 20% off and sometimes he runs specials on certain lines at 25% off.

They dont carry clothes but for parts they are the best IMO!

 

I heard a lot of good things about MandM but I just finished pricing the same stuff at MandM that I priced at Zanotti's and Chicago HD and none of it was over 15% off at MandM for exactly the same Harley items. Zanotti's was slightly over 20% off on everything and sometimes even more and Chicago HD was exactly 20% off on everything. So, I would like to try MandM but they are over 5% higher then Zanotti's on 10 different items that I just checked on, so I can't imagine why I would order there unless their service and speed of delivery and shipping was exceptional enough to warrant 5% more. JMHO
