Where i work there motorcycle parking at valet and in employee parking. i do gota say it's funny there 4 harleys and 3 under 49cc mopeds parked every morning

 

I wonder why they have to be up front in order for riders to use them... one shopping center here built a motorcycle only parking area off to one side ... poured concrete for stability, put in posts to block autos, etc. The bikers still fill up the slash marked areas around the handicap zones up front... go figure.

 

We don't have them around here, but it's pretty accepted that we just park in the striped no parking areas around light poles etc at malls and grocery stores.

 

My mall in temple, tx has motorcycle parking in the very back of the parking lot. No joke. I got a ticket once parking in the striped area up front like everyone else does so I don't do it anymore.

 

Never seen that happen. Dang.

 

We have almost year around riding here so a lot of businesses cater to the motorcycle crowd. We get away with or get protected parking a lot. Always cool to know the bike is somewhat protected.

 

Not a whole lot of motorcycle parking yet around here but maybe something good will come out of these high gas prices and merchants will start installing some motorcycle only parking.

 

Out here we have blocks of motorcycle parking. we even haev so much parking available that it does not even fill up and is 4 dollars a day some are 2 dollars a day on the meter

 

Miller Park (Brewers Stadium) Has motorcycle parking. Ride in on a bike and you get to skip ahead of all the cars and park at the front of the lot. Around the university campus their is motorcycle/moped only parking. Other than that don't recall seeing any other motorcycle only parking places.

 

I wish more places had similar parking. Not a one around here does, other than the dealership.
