ABATE, HOG, mutually exclusive?

ABATE, HOG, mutually exclusive?
I am a member of both. I have only one vest. Would it be "pollitically incorrect" to have patches from both on the same vest? A HOG member suggested I have 2 vests, one for HOG and one for ABATE. Seems kind of silly to me. I only ware my vest at HOG/ABATE functions and leave it at home for bike nights, poker runs and other non HOG/ABATE stuff. So, lay your wisdom on me. Am I really screwin up or am I making a big deal out of nothing.

It's no big deal. Wear your vest when you feel like it. Don't get two vests, though. I know a guy with two vests. He is so patch crazy that he ran out of room on one vest, kept buying patches and then bought another vest to put them on. Pretty silly, I think.

it is a non-issue. put either or both or none on your vest. totally doesnt matter. noone in their right mind will give you a second look about it.

Damn...I must be really screwed....I've got HOG, Bros Club, AMA, various events, and 'other' $hit on my patch vest. Don't wear it much though. Last time I wore it was during Bikeweek when I was told I couldn't spend my money at Froggy's because I was wearing 'colors'. The bouncer said I could turn it inside out, I said something like you obviously don't want my money and turned around. I think that was the last sawbuck I spend on Main St.

That just shows how out of touch Daytona has gotten.
