Thinking about protecting the non-visible inside area of chrome covers, such as belt covers, coil covers, electrical panel covers, etc. What is the best way to protect the inside from rust and corrosion? Clear spray paint? Heavy coat of wax?

 

I hve found that painting works as good as anything.

 

I use G96 Gun treatment...spray then wipe. done.
