I take it you would fine with some inconsiderate a$$hole next door on a bike reving the motor to maximum decibels at 0300 when you had to get up and go to work the next day.

not at all, i would tell the asshat to shut up and get some sleep..
thats not what were talking about.. the town is basically banning something thats on the road legally and might be against the law to do so..
what i'm trying to point out is they would rent to me, and then if i drove in there in my 67 with a louder exhaust then my bike theres nothing they could do. and i wouldn't be revving on it at 3 in the morning.. unless someone held my beer...

Myrtle Beach wants the eco friendly crowd now.
You know the ones that ride their peddle bike all around and visit antique stores.
Walks in the park, we are just not the kind of leople they want around.
Myrtle Beach made it clear they do not want nor need our money so why bother plenty of better place to ride to.

Because they think that all bikers are poorly mannered, beer drinking, wife raping, kid chasing, preverted, stay up all night partying worthless pieces of cow dung.

i have stayed in myrtle beach for ten years at the same hotel during bike week.they roped off a part of the parking garage, had security at night, even sat out a hose and towels to clean you bike.went to make reservations this year and they have a new policy that trailers will not be allowed for the month of may.yes, only the month of may.we take a five year old with us now, so we have to trailer the bike.found a biker friendly hotel i north myrtle, ocean dunes.hard to believe in this economy, you could loose guests.
