If you're some dikhead that thinks filling out a survey affords themselves some kind of ego stroking power then by all means fill it out. If not, take it to the dealer and get a couple T shirts.

I guess it does say alot about your dealer. Mine told me that if I can't give them perfect scores on the survey, to let them know. They would do what needs to be done to fix it. Customer loyalty breeds big bucks.
