I went and test rode a Buell today. WOW! I can see how these things could be a lot of fun! However, I now know that a sport bike is not for me. Having my feet so far back and my knees so high, hurt like hell. Every time I shifted, I felt a pain in my knee. (I am not even sure I could have a V-rod with mid controls.) If my knee wasn't so screwed up, I think I might get me a Buell. Instead, I will now look at the 06 V-rod se or if they don't drop the price of the SE this winter, then I will look at either the DX or the CX.
