I had some issues there last weekend, I sent them the email below, I will let you know if they respond. The bad part is that the same people own Arrowhead Harley, They have been alright at the harley shop, not so much at ride now. I will let you know if they respond to my email:
"A week ago a purchase some led lights for my license plate ($16.99). I installed them and they worked for a week. I noticed one of the lights wasn't working and on closer inspection I saw that one of cables had fallen out of the light. I figured it was no problem, I needed a new summer jacket and a helmet so I would exchange the defective light and pick up what I needed. The guy at the parts made sure that I took my business to somewhere else. I told him what happened with the light and he told me that I must have installed it wrong and broke it myself so he couldn't take it back. He then told me that when his technicians break something that they have to pay to fix it themselves, and that they break stuff all of the time. First off, I am not one of his technicians, I am a paying customer. Second, he shouldn't be telling people that his techs "break stuff all of the time". That does not instill confidence in me to let your techs touch my motorcycle. I am hoping this was an isolated incident with one employee and it does not reflect on how your company does business. Unfortunately because he wouldn't exchange a $16.99 part, I ended up purchasing a Joe Rocket Blaster 4.0 Perforated Jacket ($349) and AVG S-4 Helmet ($299) from somewhere else. I still have the broken light and I hope you can help restore my confidence in your company. Thanks"

Haven't been in that Ride Now yet (I live right next to Ride Now Goodyear and I never really liked Metro Motorsports) but all my dealings with Arrowhead have been good. Sorry to hear about the crap they pulled, though.

Having worked for RideNow for a stint you get a good mix of douche bags and people that actually know what they're doing. Should of just asked for the parts manager and insisted on the return!

There are some Ride Now "folks" working at a local dealer here since their shop went out. What a bunch of idiots, don't know crap.

Check your receipt. They sometimes say electrical parts cannot be returned.
The big fail in this case was how the parts guy dealt with you. He displayed the interpersonal skills of a grapefruit.

I will check the receipt, regardless of what the receipt says on a part that Ridenow probably paid $3.00 for they could have exchanged it, or even charged me the $3 bucks and kept a customer. but they really wanted that $16.00. They haven't responded to my email yet either and probably never will. Thats fine by me, I just bought 2 new metz 880 tires and I am having them installed 2 miles up the road. That purchase was worth way more than $16...
