Need assistance Billings Mt.
Will be trailering a bike New York to Billings the end of June, and looking to secure the truck and 5x8 trailer for a few days while I ride around the area. Any suggestions where I can leave the the truck, or areas to avoid? Meeting with two people who are renting bikes from Beartooth/Eagle, and may call them to see if they might let me leave the truck there.

Buckle up and put your big boy boots on and just ride from NY to Billings. It's a great journey, and it's something you will never forget. Believe me, I've ridden to NH, Vermont, NY, Daytona, California, and almost every road in MT. You'll absolutely love it. Take your time, and just let the journey be the adventure. I know sometimes you HAVE to trailer due to circumstances, but if there's any way to swing doing it on the bike, it's a memory you'll treasure the rest of your life. And that's a perfect time of year to do it. Beartooth Pass is a must if you're in Billings, and I'd make time to swing up to Glacier Nat'l Park too if you can. Enjoy, and PM me if you need some advise on what roads to ride while out here.

Billings
I'm familiar with the area, been out that way, have done Beartooth, Chief Joseph, and Glacier. In the past have ridden out, age catching up to me and now trailering and riding, probably last time out there. Meeting a couple of people and doing Yellowstone area for four days, after they leave may/will do Glacier and maybe Branff. After going back to the trailer will stop in the area around Denver and do Rocky Mountain National Park before heading back home.

Well that sounds like a great trip. Don't forget a passport if you're headed to the North country. It's now required, where we never used to have one. Good luck, and ride safe.

Yeah, know about the border crossings, have the New York enhanced license which allows you to cross the border, no need for a passport, used it last year for the first time.
