I better change it before it starts givin' me trouble. It's a 1993 1200 Sportster. I measured the outside diameter and got 1/2". Will this be found in the auto section at the local auto store, or will I have to order from the dealer? Local Princess Auto only stocks 1/4" and 3/8". I'm wishing I bought the 3/8" now, since the store is 40km away. Thanks for any input, m.breen.

 

It is 1/2" OD, and 3/8" ID. The 3/8" inner diameter is what you want.
