Was trying to clean up the wiring mess under my seat today and removed the cable to hook my Battery Tender to the battery. I know I've seen an adaptor to hook my Tender to my Gerbing battery cable but now cant remember where I saw this. I thought Gerbing sold this but now I can see it on their site. Does anyone know who sells this adaptor.

I'm not trying to hook up my Gerbing to the Tender cable as I know the fuse wont handle it, but trying to do the reverse. Thanks

I got mine form a local indy shop [Freedom Cycle in delaware] last year and it was made by Gerbing.

 

I did see one in Eastern Beaver but it is for hooking up to a different brand of heated clothes and I'm not sure the polarity would be correct. I could buy it, test the polarity and rewire it if needed but know theres one out the that is to work between the gerbing and tender.

They are reverse to each other. I beleive gerbing makes one

 

No, they work fine, if you get the right one. I've got mine hooked up right now. If yours didn't work, double check what you bought. I couldn't find one on the Gerbing site either, so this is the one I bought. It came in just a couple of days.
