when i was an inspector in MO turn signals were required to work if they were installed. not installed bike still passes inspection.

Yeah, that's what I've read. I'm still amazed at not requiring eye protection (unless I read stuff totally wrong.) I mean, that one thing that pretty much should be required! lol... Can you imagine taking a bug in the eye going 60mph? Yikes...
