Default How to remove frame stickers?

I'd like to remove the ugly stickers the factory puts on the front down tubes on the frame. They really look like hell. I figured I'd throw it out here before I try pulling them off to see what method works best. I don't want to make it look worse then it already does.

I just peeled mine off like any normal sticker, zero residue. My bike was new, an older bike may be a different story.

Hair dryer. Warm up the sticker from one corner and slowly peel it back, warming with the dryer to keep the adhesive cooperative.

Hair dryer to heat up the sticker and slowly remove. You can use goo b gone to remove any left over glue.

Anyone know for sure if removing the frame sticker is legal? I thought that was a DOT requirement.

Been riding for 27 years, never heard of anyone being tickets for it. Probably like a mattress tag: required by dot when bike is new, but end user can remove.

I agree with roccitybiker...i did it that way .....wd40 and some hair dryer heat, i sprayed the wd40 into a paper towel first and just rubbed it into the sticker , let it chill for a few minutes and heat it up ,,,,, not crazy heat .just hot, and peel i back. Done deal. spray more wd40 in a paper towel and wipe the other sticky residue left away also
