Default Street Glide Curved Lic. Plate Frame and a KW 8.5 Flare Windshield-Thoughts?

Thinking about the new HD curved lic. frame for the 2007 SG. Beats my lic plate just hanging on there plain as it is now. Anybody have one-like it? I see Kuryakn has one too. Anybody else make em?

Last going for the new Klockwerks 8.5 Flare Windshield in dark smoke. Good one? Looks like there are alot of choices on windshields out there. My stock one is just way to short-does not do much good at higfhway speeds. Thx.

Have the curved plate frame on my '08 SG. I like how it blends with the profile of the rear fender.

Can't help you with the KW windshield. Am using the Clearview 8.5" flip-up.

I bought the KW 8.5 dark smoke for my new to me 09 ultra. I have ridden for 16 years and never had a windshield or fairing before, so my comparisons are limited, but here goes. Last year I test road an ultra limited with full shield. My ears barely flickered at 100 mph. The KW does NOT provide that kind of protection. I still get side bufetting, like being slapped in the ears. However, I do not get much or any wind on forehead or directly into face and my glasses stay still. I am 5'10". It also keeps the wind completely off my chest, shoulders, which have been screaming at me for years.... Hope this helps

I just put the curved frame on my 2010 X and like it very much. I also have the 6.5 KW and am happy with it as well.

I have the Kuryakn curved licence plate holder and I like it a lot. I agree that the stock plate just "hanging" there needs improvment.
