I to would still wear a helmet most of the time, but it would be nice to have a choice.

Be good to get across the northern state border without an officer waiting to ticket your *** and send you back to Ohio If I want to let my head hit concrete then so be it.

When I go to Florida I enjoy ditching the helmet. I usually wear it to wherever I'm staying, but once I get unpacked and strip off the luggage etc, it's nice to lose the helmet and cruise a beach highway. No matter what the law requires, I always wear a helmet when commuting in traffic or putting miles on the highway, but it's nice to have a choice for local crusing.

I hear this MIGHT happen in Oregon also. Though I will noramlly wear the helmet I do like cruising through the scenic roads in Wyoming and Idaho without a helmet. Let those who ride decide.

It's great to know that most of you would still wear a helmet but what is truly great about the possibility of MI repealing it's helmet law is that it put's the CHOICE back into the riders hands.

Don't you get tired of having your gov't telling you what to do? I do.

Way to go, MI!

No way Oregon repeals their helmet law. Oregon is the biggest nanny-state of them all. They won't even let you go more than 65 on a *rural* interstate.
