My orders used to ship in one or two days. Now it's six or seven for in stock items. Might be time to cut them loose and spend a couple bucks more to get my orders in a timely manner.

I've visited both of their locations several times, in Anamosa and Florida. I've bought stuff from them online and at their stores. I wish I didn't have reason to say this... I'm not impressed.

I've bought from J & P a few times and always had quick service. Last time was about a month ago. Never had a problem with them or the items I received.

I'm a little annoyed with them, I ordered four parts, and a couple days later they sent three. I called them up and they told me the last part was on backorder and wouldn't be arriving til the end of April. I asked them when they were planning on telling me this since there wasn't any mention of the part or it's backorder status with the paperwork they sent me with the parts I did get, or online under my account. . Then it took me 20 minutes to convince the idiot on the phone that I wasn't trying to get a discount I wanted to trade out the part I ordered for the same part by another manufacturer that was the same price.

I've had great service from them:

03/21 Ignition switch went out, along with wring plug to the switch which melted.

03/22 Ordered both parts. Switch was in stock, plug was back ordered with an estimate of 7-10 days to be delivered.

03/26 Switch arrived. I 'Presidential-Engineered' the wiring to get it to work.

03/29 Switch plug arrived.

Just ordered from them last week and the stuff arrived yesterday. One item didn't arrive yet but they told me when I ordered it was being drop shipped and would take longer.

I'd call their customer service department and see what's going on. I don't think that dept. is open on weekends so you may have to call them on Monday.

My previous orders were shipped and delivered (to Korea) within a week to ten days. My last order was placed on 19 March and just shipped 1 April. Something changed, a friend told me it had to do with the way they process online orders. I don't know...I'll give them another chance when I need to buy something again, but if the same slow service happens it will likely be the last.
