I hardly ever use them. Their prices are just too damn high compared to Dennis Kirk, and Eastern Performance. With both of these companies they have the best prices, and ship out the same day you order no questions asked.

I placed an order and got an aknowledgement notice via e/m on the 22nd
of last month ,,,, still hasn't been shipped !

Never had a problem with them before , although the e/m said they had
an overwhelming amount of orders and are ramping up their work force
to handle it .

Just sit and wait I guess !

Ordered from them twice in last year. Items listed as "IN STOCK" when order placed. After a month and many calls cancelled order. Second time, same deal. Took over 3 weeks to receive items. Customer Service couldn't explain delay. Never will use them again.

I ordered from them on a Friday morning 2 weeks ago and got my shipment the following Tuesday. I'd say 3 business days including date of order is pretty good.

I have always had good service from them....until the last 2 orders I made. It took the better part of a week for them to ship it. The last order was for a battery, and UPS dropped the package and damaged it. The battery was cracked and leaking. I had them cancel a replacement and still haven't had my CC credited.
